Fun in the sun
If you've been following my adventures on twitter, you would already know that, (much to my disappointment) there hasn't been much of a summer at all in Melbourne.
The other day however, I managed to catch a glimpse of the sun I've so been missing. Jumped on my bike and headed straight to the beach.
Melbourne Fashion Festival is coming up soon and the next few weeks are filled with lots of fashion fun! Can't wait to share all the action with you!
I'm wearing:
Shorts, vintage
Knit, Minkpink via Market HQ

She wears short shorts
During the warmer months, I love layering neutrals on neutrals.
These gorgeous shorts, picked up from my latest online shopping crush MIISHKA add the perfect splash of colour.
I'm hoping to sneak in a few more sunny Melbourne days, before summer passes and I'm forced to retire my collection of pretty dresses, shorts and sandals.
I'm wearing:

Shoes, Rubi

Friend O Mine
Last time I engaged in anything close to proper biking, was a high school sports carnival where I 'rode' into a tree, hopped back on the 'rode' into my teacher!
Needless to say, when the other half suggested bikes, I was a bit apprehensive. That is until I set eyes upon, my latest two wheel purchase - this gorgeous 'bondi blue' vintage inspired Dutchie, mandatory cane basket included.
Since arriving last week, I've taken to my new ride like a duck to water. Turns out, two wheels are a fantastic way to cruise around Melbourne.
I bought this bike, along with another, which I customised myself from Melbourne-based bike enthusiasts: Mojo Bike.
I'm wearing:
Dress: 'Friend O Mine' Fabled & True
Shoes: Mimco, also seen here
Glasses: Markets, Tokyo

Fashion Finds: Fabled & True
I am consistently overwhelmed by the number of talented designers out there just waiting to be shared and uncovered, which is why I’ve decided to introduce a new series of posts on Friend in Fashion, entitled: Fashion Finds.
My picks of the emerging designers, destined for great things and to keep an eye out for.
This week I'd like to share with you the delightfully feminine Fabled & True (F&T).
Characterised by sweet floral prints and delicate lace detailing, F&T, as best put by the designer herself, is a sweet little label made for girly girls.
Each collection is made from either vintage or repurposed fabric, which guarantees that you will be one of only a handful toting F&T’s beautiful pieces.
Designed and hand-made in Australia, shipped everywhere in the world, Fabled & True is sure to delight!
What’s more, this weekend, Friday 4 January – Sunday 6 January, F&T is offering you 30% off everything in store!
